Nathan Freke nominated for Autosport Club Driver of the Year

Nathan Freke, the 2006 UKFF Champion, has been suggested by Autosport, Britain’s leading motorsport publication, as a suitable candidate to win the magazine’s British Club Driver of the Year title.

The winner will be decided by public vote and the prize awarded at the Autosport Awards ceremony in London on 3 December.

Sam Roach, director of UK Formula Ford Championship promoter RacingLine, said: ‘This is recognition of the depth of driving talent we’ve seen in the championship this season and an indication that those selecting the likely front-runners for the award know that the Ford-backed series is a superb training ground for racing talent of the future’.
